Dr. Jon Reider, Former Admissions Officer, Stanford University

Jon Reider has been active in higher education for 40 years and in the college admissions world for over 20. He has a Ph.D. from Stanford in History and taught in the freshman humanities program for many years. He served as an admission officer for Stanford from 1985-2000, ending as a Senior Associate Director of Admission. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating thousands of applications a year, and had special responsibility for international students, students of high intellectual ability including exceptional talent in mathematics, students with disabilities, and homeschooling. He is nationally recognized as a leader in the profession and is frequently quoted in publications like the New York Times, Wall St. Journal, and San Francisco Chronicle. He is the co-author of the second edition of Admission Matters (2009), a comprehensive and up-to-date guide to applying to college today. Since 2000, he has been Director of College Counseling at San Francisco University High School, an independent 9-12 high school.

Peter Sisson, CEO, Toktumi

Peter Sisson is a successful serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industries. He is currently founder and CEO of Toktumi, which provides a new type of phone service for virtual offices and home-based businesses. Before starting Toktumi, he was co-Founder and CEO of Teleo, a VoIP application software company that was acquired by Microsoft in 2005. He was also founder of mixonic.com and wineshopper.com. Peter was named one of the top 10 people to watch by CNET, has won a DEMO God award, and thrives on bringing new ideas and technologies to market.  Prior to starting his first company, Peter was an equity analyst following telecom equipment companies at Montgomery Securities, where he co-authored a 60 page industry study "Voice and Fax over IP Networks” published in January 1998. After business school he managed telecom market entry, technology, and regulatory consulting projects at Arthur D. Little, where his clients including Bell Atlantic, Telefonica, Motorola, Nortel, the Government of Colombia, and the European Union. While there he authored "The New WTO Telecom Agreement,” published in Telecommunications magazine, analyzing the potential impact of regulatory changes on world telecom markets. Peter started his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories writing operating software for enterprise-grade PBX systems. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth, an MS in computer science from Stanford University, and a BA from Cornell University. He currently serves on the MBA advisory board of the Tuck School and the advisory boards of several startups, and is active in philanthropic efforts promoting diversity and environmental protection.

Jen-Ling Liu
Jen-Ling Liu is a versatile leader with execution successes in emerging and mature businesses spanning a broad range of industries. Honed during her tenure at Fidelity Investments, Imagitas, WineShopper.com, Broderbund Software and Bain & Company, Jen's expertise resides in new business creation, business redirection, corporate development and strategic alliances. She is currently spearheading partnership and strategic development at InnoCentive, a market leader in open innovation. Serving as a mentor for the the Radcliffe Mentor Program and as a judge for the Harvard College Innovation Challenge is among the volunteer activities Jen enjoys tremendously. Jen holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from Harvard University and a Master's degree in History from UC Berkeley.

Sutanto Widjaja
Sutanto Widjaja is an angel investor of iAdmissions.com. As a first generation immigrant in the U.S., he strongly believes in the value of higher education in opening young people's horizons and career opportunities. He co-founded Sutro Biopharma and worked as a Manager of Finance at WineShopper.com, a Kleiner Perkins company. He was an investment banker at Robertson, Stephens and Co. Currently the President of the San Francisco Public Health Foundation, Sutanto has an M.B.A from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
